Processing of Orders
Orders will be processed within the next 2 business day, unless for customisation, which may take up to 4 weeks to completion. 
An email confirmation should follow.

Business days refers to Mondays to Fridays, from 9am - 6pm, SGT

Payment Options
Currently, we will only accept bank transfer (for local Singapore buyers) and Paypal (for overseas buyers)
Upon transfer of payment, kindly email to us for the payment confirmation (please quote us the order ID and bank/Paypal transfer reference)

If you would like to pay via paypal for Singapore orders, an admin fee of 7% will be levied.

Order Cancellation
We are unable to process cancellations once the ordered items are shipped.

Delivery
All our merchandise will be shipped from Singapore.
Most orders are shipped within two business days to ensure speedy delivery of your package.
You should receive an e-mail confirmation letting you know that your order is on its way.

We offer a variety of shipping methods, by Ordinary Mail (Air), Registered Mail (Air) or Courier (EMS)
The shipping charges varies for the methods choose.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost/damaged/mishandling during or after delivery. It is recommended to ship via registered (trackable) service.

Return Policy
Most of our products are classified as limited edition, mostly are one piece.
In this aspect, we apologised that we are unable to have exchange policy.
We are happy to provide a one-time replacement for any item available from our catalogue subject to availability.
For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference.

All goods received after 3 days, are deemed acceptable by the customer.

Returns at conditions strictly adhere to product misfunction and defects only.
Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Shipping and handling charges for returned products will be borne by the customer.
